The platform layer
Your programme should not restart when your commerce stack changes. Rewards Pro is separating the loyalty engine from the channel adapters that feed it.
A channel adapter authenticates the store and receives customers, orders, refunds, products, and payment events.
Platform-specific payloads become one consistent identity and commerce event model, with provenance and idempotency intact.
The shared engine calculates points, cashback, tiers, missions, entries, and unlocks from the same programme rules.
Each connector uses the best redemption surface it genuinely supports—from native credit to coupons or custom checkout.
The loyalty engine
Build a programme that feels alive: useful value, visible progress, and moments of surprise—all managed from one place. Customer-facing activation state is labelled below.
Reward real customer activity with spendable value and a clear ledger of what was earned, used, reversed, or expired.
Create progressive levels with thresholds, benefits, cashback rates, and purchasable membership options.
Merchant configuration, recurring missions, XP, and streak logic exist. Customer-account participation is paused while verified identity binding is completed.
Merchant setup, automated drawings, winner records, and delivery tracking exist. Customer-account entry is currently paused pending verified identity binding.
Configure weighted reward pools and auditable outcomes. Customer-account opening is currently paused pending verified identity binding.
Trigger timely messages and understand engagement, tier movement, redemption, retention, and loyalty ROI.
Commerce connections
A status is a product promise. Only Shopify is available today; the other cards describe direction, not shipped integrations.
Production connector
The current production experience: embedded merchant dashboard, order and customer sync, native store credit, core loyalty storefront surfaces, and Shopify billing.
First expansion target
Planned as the first full proof of the platform seam, with a small WordPress connector for order events, customer identity, wallet surfaces, and coupon-based redemption.
Custom commerce stacks
The event, identity, balance, and redemption contracts are being defined. A public API will not be called available until authentication, docs, sandboxing, and reference code exist.
Payments connector
Stripe is being considered first as a source of payment and subscription events. Full loyalty needs a separate, proven checkout redemption path.

Shopify pricing
Every plan includes the core loyalty experience. Paid plans add predictable capacity at fixed monthly or discounted annual prices—never usage fees or trials. Shopify shows the exact terms before approval.
A complete loyalty programme for a small business. No card required.
More predictable capacity for established shops.
Higher throughput for busy stores.
High-volume capacity with corporate support.
USD. Fixed monthly prices or discounted annual prepaid plans, billed through Shopify. No trials, usage charges, or overage billing. Capacity is advisory: merchants keep access to their programme and data as usage grows.
Straight answers
The platform is expanding, but the status of each surface remains explicit.
Yes. Shopify is the only production, self-serve commerce connector today and remains fully supported. The change is that Shopify becomes the first connector to a broader loyalty engine, rather than the permanent boundary of the product.
Not yet. WooCommerce is the planned first full non-Shopify connector. “Planned” describes a chosen direction, not a released plugin or a delivery date.
No standalone public platform API is being promised today. Its contracts are in design. We will call it available only when it has merchant authentication, versioned documentation, idempotency, signed webhooks, and a working reference integration.
No. Redemption capabilities differ by platform. Shopify can use native store credit; an early WooCommerce connector may use restricted single-use coupons. Rewards Pro will label the mechanism instead of pretending every platform has parity.
Their merchant configuration and core engines exist, but their Shopify customer-account participation routes are currently paused until session-token identity is securely bound to the correct shop and Rewards Pro customer. The page labels that state rather than presenting configuration as a live customer flow.
A canonical identity and ledger make that direction possible, but cross-store and cross-platform balances are not available today. Identity linking, consent, currency, liability, and redemption rules must be designed first.
Email contact@rewardspro.io with your platform, monthly order volume, and current reward flow. That context is more useful than a generic vote.
