Which integrations are available?

Shopify is the production connector. WooCommerce, other connectors and a standalone public API remain proposals; they have no release date.

Are raffles, mystery boxes and missions live for customers?

Merchant configuration exists. Customer participation is paused while verified identity binding is completed.

Can balances move between stores or platforms?

No. Cross-store and cross-platform balances are not available. Existing redemption follows each store's programme rules.

Where can I manage an existing subscription?

Use the Shopify app's billing controls for your agreement, or contact support for questions about records, cancellation or refunds.
